Help guysss im dying heree!!?

2 weeks ago it was quite hot in here (london) so i slept naked with all the windows open, i dont know if its from that or because i had a really bad bronchitis half a year ago but my lungs sort of hurt from the back (feels like i have two holes in my back that constantly hurt) plus my left side hurts more from the front. im freakin out it might get worse...
