My boyfriend isnt talking to me is that bad?

my boyfriend got kicked out of school so i didnt see him for a while, then he got kicked out of his house so he moved in with his aunt a few blocks away from me so i hung out with him for a while he said he would call me the next day so we could hang out but its been almost a week and he still hasnt called. should i dump him or wait longer?
