When a trustee abuses the power-goes against every wish of the deceased,keeps all copies of wills, liviing tru?

This gal is NOT to be TRUSTED!!! Yes, get a lawyer NOW! The house is the only thing she could get a Quick Claim, that doesns't mean everything in the house! Just the building itself! And what about the rest of the Estate!? The whole thing should have gone into Probate - what happened to that? You call her the TRUSTEE! Did she also have POWER OF ATTORNEY? If she wants to evict her 2 brothers, she will have to go through the Courts to have an eviction notice served!! When she does, make sure YOU guys are there to tell the Judge what she is doing, and find out if she PAID the transfer fees on the house and taxes! That can get expensive, and she may be wanting you guys out of there so she can sell the property, pay the bills, and walk away with what's left over!!
