Please help. I don't know what is wrong with me.?

One night I had and even though it was protected the very next day I had a fever, chills, a very sore throat, body aches, sensitivity, tingling/burning feeling in my arms and face, slight fatigue, slight pain in my abdomen and a very congested nose. No headache or diarrhea. It's the next day and I still have a fever, sore throat, aching body although it isn't to bad, very minute sensitivity, no tingling/burning feelings, no chills and still no headache although there is still tension and feels lie one may come up. Still no diarrhea either. The pain in my abdomen is still there but it is concentrated all at the top of my abdomen right below the rib cage. There feels like there is pain from my throat going down my windpipe. I am having difficulty breathing. For what it's worth I do smoke. Please help, I don't have money to go to the doctor.
