Im an M.B.A (mrkting &HR). But, working in the field of ET MGNT. Im seeking 4r an ABROAD opportunity.?

I need 2 knw is there opportunity for this field(AM) in any other countries. Now, my position is FACILITY MANAGER, getting around 4.00 p.a. Im receiving mails from job sites but after uploading my resume there wont be any reply from them. How can i apply for a company located there? will there be any salary hike? Also i want 2 move wit my 8 yr old Kid and wife. My wife is also an M.B.A.(HR&SYS)., but, not working. plz help me out in any way.
