I cant start my computer... please read details!?

This indicates one of the key system drivers in Windows - specifically the one the controls accessing the NTFS file system - has failed. Your best bet at this point is to boot to your Windows CD and select Repair to repair your system files. Without the NTFS driver, there's no way for Windows to read your hard drive and hence why it's stuck.
