What should I do when almost everyone failed the midterm in my cl?

Everyone but 7 people failed, and we all got Ds since we didn't fail. Now I studied a long time, but I still got just a D in SPANISH, one of the cles I had been getting As in my whole life. This teacher is just really bad and I don't know what to do or what to say to solve this problem, all the other students are pretty mad at her too.
