Will my male paradise fish attack my chameleon shrimp and my dwarf crayfish?

i just put my male paradise fish in a 50 gallon tank with 2 dwarf crayfish and 2 chameleon shrimp will they be ok and also i was thinking and can i feed my paradise fish on guppies and neon tetra i raised.One last thing i wanted to add one more fish can i add a Demasoni because i heard they are very peaceful and will not harm anything in the tank.
