Hey i need help finding a band.?

im pretty sure they played on jimmy kimmel or jimmy fallon, im not sure. but it was this band, and they had a frontwoman. uh, she was blond and wearing these weird ugg boot looking things and she kept stomping her foot lol. idk i just fell inlove with the song and i can't find it so yeah.
