My boyfriends not good with first moves, any help?

Ok so im 12 and my boyfriends 13 and hes shy with first moves, he says he wants to kiss me but then backs out. I dont know how to make a first move because he hasnt had held my hand or anything. We hug everytime we see eachother and talk but how do i help hold his hand and or kiss him?
