Is Leonardo Di Caprios new film Shutter island gory?

For anyone who's seen the movie. I want to watch it but I don't like gore, how bad is it? I like ghost stories like the ring or the grudge but without prolonged torture like in saw, saw II saw III and so on. While on the subject if anyone can recommend a good ghost story film that would be awesome, I don't mind if its Asian or subtitled.
